In the heart of Puglia, amidst dry stone walls and the scents of Mediterranean scrub, begins the journey of our extra virgin olive oil. A story rooted in the land, where the short supply chain takes shape from the very first step: cultivation.

Every olive tree is cared for directly by us, without intermediaries. We know every plant, every row, every season. Our work follows the natural rhythms of the countryside and respects biodiversity, because healthy fruit only comes from living, well-maintained soil.

When it's time for harvesting, we act promptly: we pick the olives with different equipment depending on the type of tree, at the right degree of ripeness. This is a crucial step to preserve the aromas and qualities of the fruit.
Thanks to the short agricultural supply chain, we can precisely decide when and how to harvest, without depending on external factors or industrial logic.

From the olive mill to your table

Olive harvesting is just the beginning. The real advantage of the short supply chain in olive growing is that every subsequent step – from processing to packaging – takes place within our company, under our careful supervision.

The fresh olives are immediately brought to our company's oil mill, located a short distance from the olive groves. Here we begin milling within a few hours of harvesting: a very short time that makes a difference in the final quality.
The oil extraction takes place cold, using modern processes that respect tradition. The result? An authentic extra virgin olive oil, with intense and natural aromas.

After pressing, the oil is immediately stored in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature. Each bottle, box or can is then packaged by us, with complete traceability and without any third-party involvement.

Finally, the oil goes directly from our company to your table.
